Dr. K. C. Hill
Dr. Kim C. Hill is the Senior Pastor of Open Arms United Worship Center (OAUWC). As Pastor, called by God into ministry, he has been given a vision to fulfill God’s purpose in the Body of Christ at OAUWC. Ephesians 4:8-12 reads, “He gave gifts unto men for the perfecting of the saints ....for the work of the ministry...edifying of the Body of Christ...” to preach and teach the Word of God in simplicity and in power. His passion is that transformation takes place in the lives of men, women and children through three simple principles: “Change Your Mind - Change Your Mouth - Change Your Life”.
Dr. Hill views OAUWC as a Kingdom Driven Church with a mission to make generations of disciples with vision to see, faith to believe, and courage to do. With great concern that men have left their God-ordained position in the family as the priest, leader and provider; Dr. Hill founded “IRONMEN” (Sharpening Men into Disciples of Christ), a ministry for men that will challenge motives and actions and turn to follow Christ as the Lord. His mandate with IRONMEN is for men to be taught how to be men of God, held accountable to the Word of God, their families and each other. In his mission to reach others for Christ, Dr. Hill and the IRONMEN are leading the way ministering outside the walls in practical ways in the community sharing the love of Christ.
Dr. Hill believes in divine partnerships; that he who find a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord. Always by his side, Pastor Martha is there to support, encourage and pray for God’s direction. The School of Discipleship (SOD) was co-founded by Dr. Hill, Pastor Martha. SOD offers courses to those interested in exploring the depth of God’s Word in a classroom environment. Dr. Hill’s wants to see believers that “Educate - Engage - Equip - Serve.” Along with the mission of SOD, “Leaders that Lead” was established to train leaders and inspire those who have been called to lead to honor biblical principals.
